Health Futures Forum aims to help the audience advocate for the use of a futures-oriented approach to longer term planning for health, well-being and health systems by engaging leading futures and public policy professionals across the Region.

This topic introduces and contextualizes future changes in societies with a focus on social inequalities and social contracts. It reflects on their potential impacts on health, well-being and health systems. The exploration of the future and the potential impacts is also compared historically with the long-term societal impacts of previous pandemics/epidemics.
